This application for the Windows system allows deck construction for The Lord of the Rings Living Card Game edited by Fantasy Flight Games.
It contains a list of all published cards at this time, with all their characteristics. Many filters are available to quickly search within the card database and build an efficient deck.
This application is a Freeware, you may use it and distribute it freely provided you do not make any alterations to the files of the original distribution.
